Shipping and Returns
Please Read Carefully
We work directly with manufacturers to cut out the middle man and get you access to amazing prices on amazing products. As some of our products are hand-woven, please allow 12-18 business days after your order has been processed, so your items can be made and shipped to you.
We want you to have a great experience with your products, and so if you have an issue within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right. Return policy does not apply to products purchased with a discount code.
Note: In order to process a return, all unopened product must be returned.
Additional Information: For a full refund of the product purchase price, your request must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of the Original Hammock Store (i.e., you received the wrong product).
Refunds cannot be processed without a proper return authorization included. Please contact our support team via email or chat in order to process a return and refund.
You are responsible for all Taxes and Duties as we can't collect that at the time of order. We can charge you for the item, but any taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.
We want you to be happy relaxing in your hammock. If you are not satisfied please contact us for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are backed out of the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original packaging. If you refuse your order for any reason other than obvious damage you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
